I’ve been to Paris four times now but I’m still amazed by the beauty in every corner. Luckily we had mostly good weather and were able to enjoy it to the fullest. I think the folloing pictures tell it all.

The last outfit from Paris I wanted to show you is a spontaneous look we shot at our balcony at the Hilton Paris Opera. I’m wearing my favorite sweater and jogging pant and styled it with Asos killer heels. I hope you like it.

LOCATION: EIFFEL TOWER

Seeing the blossoms around the Eiffel tower is a dream coming true. For that we shot a boho look: I’m wearing an Asos blouse, Zalando skirt, Zara bag and heels. I’m super happy to annouce that I’m the brand ambassador for Marriott Europe and you will see a lot of trips this year which I of course will be sharing with you. Today I have a very simple outfit for you, we shot it at the Pont Alexandre which I’ve seen four times now but I’m still amazed by the beauty. I’m wearing a pullover and skirt from Zalando and the bag is Zara. I hope you like it!

Last week I had the chance to test the Bumble and Bumble thickening collection. It comes with a conditioner, shampoo (smells soo good!), hairspray and dryspun finish. For me, the best product of this line is the Dryspun Finish, because it gives volume to my hair and makes it kind of sea salted. I styled this outfit with Bumble and Bumble and you can see further details of the products in the next pictures. I’m wearing a Mango pullover, Zara top and pants and Asos heels.

LOCATION: HILTON PARIS OPERA

While visiting Paris with Comtpoir des Cotonniers we stayed at the beautiful Hilton Opera located in the heart of the city - not far from the Louvre, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe and the Jardin des Tuileries. First I was amazed by the beauty of the entree - the huge golden chandeliers and columns create a perfect backdrop for having a cocktail at the bar. Our room had a view towards the Eiffel tower, a huge rainshower and a little balkony. What more can I ask for? We enjoyed the in-room dining and the breakfast and I was even more satisfied when the butler stopped by and gave us chocolate. That’s how you find the way into my heart! In the following pictures you see the room, the view, the fitness center, breakfast area and the lobby. I can’t wait to come back!

Today I’m wearing red culottes from Zara and my favorite Asos jacket. I teamed up with Catrice to create the perfect make-up to my outfit and chose the ultimate stay lipstick, the glam and doll volume mascara, the waterproof eyeliner pen and the bride takes it all nail lacquer. One of my favorite outfit shoots ever is beeing photographed by my friend Larissa. I’m wearing a Zara skirt, jacket and bag and Asos shoes. April is going to be good, I’m gonna find myself published in the US Cosmopolitan (please let me know if you see it!) and my boyfriend and I are going to travel to Paris next week, can’t wait!

When I was twelve years old I read a quote by John Lennon. He wrote as a student in an assigment what he wanted to be when he grew up: he wanted to be happy. The teachers told him he didn’t understand the assigment and he told them they didn’t understand life. On my travels I get to that point where I smile all day, just breath in, breath out and think to myself: If I would die now, I would die totally happy.

Our trip to the red dunes was a dream coming true. As you probably know I’ve already seen the desert in Australia but the Arabic desert is even more picturesque. So if you’re traveling to Dubai make sure that you also see the hinterland with a private guide, it’s so amazing! I hope you like the pictures my friend Larissa shot of me - I’m wearing a Free People dress and bare feet.

LOCATION: TALISE SPA

Located in the heart of Mandinat Jumeirah, there’s this beautiful spa and pool area where we enjoyed a massage and spend a whole day relaxing. I highly appreciated the coconut water! The interior, gondolas and fountains will make you feel like 1001 nights and we didn't want to leave. I hope you like the pictures as much as I do.

LOCATION: DUBAI

When we traveled to Dubai we had the chance to stay at the St Regis which is located near Burj Khalifa. They are building a whole area with gardens, hotels and apartments which will be finished in three years. We were welcomed by flowers, pralines and a picture of me (how did they print it that fast?) and were taken back to the 18th century by the interior and ceilings. The first thing my friend did was taking a bath in the amazing bathtub you might already seen on instagram - it’s so beautiful - if I’ll ever build a house I need that bathroom! We also enjoyed dinner at the Steak House and had gambas, sushi, noodles, a wagyu burger and a salty caramel dream which I highly recommend. The next days we explored the hotel: We saw the brasserie quartier, the patio, relaxed at the pool and the spa area and had a private tour to one of the 300sqm suites. Unfortunately the spa area was brand new but still under construction so we decided to rest at the pool. The breakfast was by far one of the best I’ve ever had in my life, they have fresh pineapple juice and chia pudding! How about that? Thank you for making our stay perfect!

I’ve been obsessed with paisley dresses and patterns ever since and it’s my favorite choice to wear in summer. desert safari: sex and the city moment

LOCATION: SAHARA, DUBAI

One of my highlights in Dubai was our desert safari with beyondthedunes.com, our guide Ahid made our trip picture perfect with patterned blankets, tents, campfires, BBQ, Kiwi juice and sandboarding. It was so amazing, I still can’t believe it! He also showed us most of the highest red dunes in the desert where we took some beautiful pictures which I’m gonna show you in another post. Love from Dubai!

We took the overnight flight from Munich with Emirates (I looove their board program and food) and arrived early morning in Dubai. The weather is beautiful here and the first two days were spend on the beach - I will show you more pictures of that - and the third day we explored the old town of Dubai with its beautiful doors and ceilings. I’m wearing a dress from Dodo Bar Or and Deichmann heels (shop here), a Chloe Drew bag and Rodenstock sunglasses. I hope you like it!

travel diary: the netherlands

LOCATION: THE HAGUE AND ROTTERDAM

As you probably know I’ve been to the Netherlands once: to Amsterdam. This time I explored The Hague and Rotterdam with Marriott and was surprised by the stunning architecture of the cities - both modern and old. I hope I can give you a virtual tour with the following pictures. I’m know packing my summer clothes for Dubai! So exited to be there again, relax at the beach, shoot in the dunes and work with the St. Regis, stay tuned!

trip to the netherlands

LOCATION: THE HAGUE AND ROTTERDAM

So happy to share my first trip after the exmas with you: I flew with Marriott to The Hague and Rotterdam and enjoyed two of their new dutch hotels. I’ve met a lot of other bloggers from the UK, Italy and France and we had a really good time! We visited the old harbour, the city center, the royal palace, Mauritshuis museum and the Tennis Open. I’ll post more pictures of the landscape soon but first I wanted to show you my room at the 8th floor overlooking The Hague and the ocean and the second part is about the soon-to-be Marriott Hotel in the city center of Rotterdam. They’ll soon gonna have Netflix for all their guests, how awesome is that?

While working 24/7 on my university projects I’m thinking back to our holidays in the mountains and I wanted to share some photos of our hikes in the mountains with you. I’m a summer child at heart but if you give me heaps of powder and mountain tops, I can’t say no. Do you have any secret spots in the alps you can recommend? I think about traveling to Switzerland in February.

LOCATION: WELCOME HOTEL BAD AROLSEN

I’m coming back from a short holiday in the Welcome Hotel Bad Arolsen: The hotel flew us to Paderborn airport and we were welcomed in a beautiful framework villa next to the residence castle in which our 50 square meter apartment was located. The room was beauitful, I loved the cosy interior and the mirrored bathroom with a huge shower. We were lucky to experience a hamam massage and a face peeling / cleaning. The spa area is so beautiful (I’ve shown it in the first photos, the hotel is so photogenic!), has five saunas, an outdoor and an indoor area, a pool bar/lounge/restaurant and a jacuzzi. We also enjoyed breakfast, four course dinner and explored the neighborhood. If you’re in the area around Hannover, Paderborn, Düsseldorf or Dortmund you really should give it a try, I’m super relaxed and ready to start the new year!
