Wearing my velocite jacket with teddy fur, boyfriend jeans and isabel marant sneakers for the first snow day in Germany. Now it really feels like winter! It is snowing more and more and I can’t wait to take even more pictures. I think snow is the best (late) preset for christmas and as we didn’t have snow last year I kind of missed it a little. We are currently planning a trip to Austria in January - I hope I can update you with lovely landscape photos of the Austrian alps soon. 

2014 in pictures

Looking back to this wonderful year in which I learned so much, saw so many beautiful places and met so many inspiring people. My life completely changed since starting viva la moda and I couldn’t even imagine how much it would affect my daily life. I’m so thankful for my boyfriend aka photographer (who’s the best human beeing in the universum), my family, my friends, my job and my readers who make me smile. I’m happy about every like, every comment and every question you ask me. Now we are 44.000 people on Instagram which is amazing! In this post I want to show you my favorite pictures of this year - Paris, Amsterdam, Italy, Greece and many more locations. 2014 started with a short trip to Hamburg and 2015 will start with a short trip to Austria - keeping fingers crossed for snow. I’m so exited and can’t wait for the new year! 2014 - you were awesome!

It's that time of the year again - the town is full of christmas markets, huge christmas trees and beautiful glowing lighs. Last week I was invited to Faby Nails Blogger Christmas Dinner. A lot of blogger girls enjoying delicious vegan food, getting their nails done in christmas colors and our eye brows pimped. A perfect evening if you ask me! As you might have noticed I'm not a big beauty guru, I only use mascara and highlighter but for christmas I decided to buy some new products I experienced.

Last week I was invited by Disaronno and Versace to their premiere event. We had a lot of fun meeting some blogger girls, listening to DJs, drinking free drinks and and shooting silly polaroids. This week the christmas events go on - today you can meet me at the Faby Christmas Dinner. But first of all I wanted to show you a look we shot on the weekend.  I paired my rockstud heels with a burgundy jeans, my ethnic clutch and a cozy sweater. It is getting really cold here in Munich and shooting at this temperature is hard! Can't wait to escape the cold.

LOCATION: BARCELONA

If there's one city that really got me it's Barcelona! I first visited it when I was twelve and immediately fell in love with 'gaudis' city. You just feel the spirit and the happiness of the city - for me Barcelona is the perfect mix of beach and town, fruit markets and museums, shopping and amazing architecture, relaxing and business. I definitely will visit it again! See you soon, Barcelona!

I saw this striped scarf at zara and had to buy it. It has so many different colours and I liked all of it. As you may have noticed I'm obsessed with oversized scarfs and also belted scarfs paired with wool coats. It's the perfect combination for cold winters in Germany. Next week will start the pre-christmas fashion events (Versace, Faby) and I hope to write about them in the next posts.

Today I want to show you a blue autumn outfit we shot in the heart of Munich. I matched my neoprene skirt with my favourite sweater and the Proenza Shouler PS11. As I am lucky to have friends that share my passion these are the first pictures my friend Noah shot of me. She did a good job don’t you think? For all of those who asked - usually my boyfriend shoots the outfit posts. As 2014 is getting to an end I’m currently planning new trips for 2015. Expect to see Australia, Brasil, Dubai and France Travel Diaries. I can't wait!

beautiful andalusia

LOCATION: SPAIN

Some places are non touristic hotspots and you travel there by knowing nothing about the town. But then, surprisingly, you see so many beautiful places and houses you didn't expect to explore. One of those destinations is Andalusia, a non touristic area in the south of Spain with endless lonely beaches and cute white towns. We were sunbathing, eating tapas and enjoyed our hotel which had a Jacuzzi at the rooftop. For me the perfect place to relax and and to take a break from everyday life. In this post you will only see the towns (Cadiz, Tarifa, Medina Sidonia, Vejer de la Frontera) - I will show you the landsape another time.

pastel colors

As I have never been a fan of pastel colours I always wore bright red or blue. But when I saw this cozy coat I absolutely fell in love. I'm also wearing a fluffy clutch (could easily use it as a pillow because it is so fleecy) and chanel espadrilles. The weather here in Germany is horrible for taking pictures - everything is grey. It gets dark at 4pm and the only time I can take pictures is at 11am on the weekends - so sorry for my lack of posts! As I finish my internship in february be prepared to see a lot of travel posts then. Have a nice day peeps!

The last weeks were full of blogger meetings and press days. Luckily I was invited by so many amazing brands and agencies and was running to all the meetings after work. Got to meet so many inspiring people and psst… there will be a lot of exiting projects coming soon! Can’t wait to show them to you. So here’s my first collaboration with Henry Kole, a shoe online shop which sells amazing brands like Jeffrey Campbell and Dr Martens. How adorable are these booties? I matched them with a simple basic tee and a cozy white jacket.

Just wanted to show you on thing I can do in my lunch break. As I work in the heart of Munich I decided to play tourist in my hometown and climb up the 300 stairs of the old church. You could easily see the alps from the steeple. And yes, the weather in Munich is as good as it looks!

Looking back to our journey through Venice I have to say that you can definitely explore this city in one day. Nearly all of the pictures were taken besides the tourist attractions. Take the time to explore the citys small streets not just the sightseeing spots.

After all I didn't realize that fall has come really fast. When I came home from our journey through Greece the leaves already changed their colour. I love the comfy warm sweater weather fall brings with it. In this case, I chose a blanket wool cape matching my Proenza Shouler PS11.

In this post I want to show you all shades of blue of my holidays in Greece. The pictures were taken in Finikounda, Koroni and Pylos. We enjoyed two weeks of sun, beaches and blue towns. Greece is definitely worth a trip because of its endless beauty.

In this post I want to show you some of my favorite pictures from our trip. The starry sky was so visible in Greece - it was just wow. After making a campfire by the sea (which was something else to cross off my bucket list) I shot these amazing pictures.

From all the towns we vidited in Greece I liked Koroni the most. It has everything: harbor, cute backstreets, a monastery, castles and a little shopping street. I wore a blue neck holder dress and Zoeca rings.

Felt like a fish floating in beautiful clear water of the mediterranean sea. We shot this pictures in the amazing bay of Voidokilia near Pylos. This is definitely the best feeling ever and could do this all day long! Can’t wait to show you the videos we made.

Today I want to show you a basic outfit in collaboration with Edited we shot in the streets of Finikounda. I think there are a view basic clothes every girl needs to have - a pair of high heels you can walk in, white tees and knits, destroyed jeans and of course the perfect black leather jacket.

Yesterday we had the opportunity to enjoy an awesome linking of waterfalls and mini pools. The Polylimnios are located in the heart of Peleponnes and are really worth the hike! It starts with small waterfalls and ends up with an amazing view over the biggest pool. Mmmh - so refreshing!

Currently we’re enjoying the last summer days here in Finikounda, Greece. Diving into the big blue, relaxing at dream beaches, exploring beautiful landscapes is all what we are doing. I’m super exited what the next weeks will bring and so thankful for all the pleasures I have here.

Last month we were enjoying a whole week in Amsterdam. I think living there is so easy! Apart from many bikers you have to avoid to crush into, Amsterdam is a really lovely city. The houses which are leaning in every direction are so cute! Amsterdam is a beautiful city and definitely worth a trip.

We were shooting this look in the center of Munich on a bright day. I pimped my blue beach dress with some killer heels. I love the house in the background, architecture definitely creates the cityscape!

One of my highlights this summer was enjoying a day at this amazing rooftop pool. The ‚Blue Spa‘ is located in the heart of Munich and you have a stunning view over the roofs and the alps. We were swimming, relaxing and enjoying cool drinks. I loved the different indoor and outdoor areas, saunas and the relaxing room, where you can chill while listening to lounge music. You feel welcome when checking in and our whole day was like a short vacation. There is a maximum of people allowed to be there and you're actually pretty alone. The staff is quiet and you don't even notice when they fill your drinks, replace the towels and bath robes. You can stay the whole day and use the saunas as often as you like. Make sure to stop over at this magical place in the center of Munich (reservation needed) to have your own short vacation.

Last sunday I was keeping it classy with some white and black pieces. You can never have enough casual wear in loose fits. Up to me, black is the new black! I hope you enjoy as I enjoyed shooting the look.

Wandering around Paris with my love was a dream coming true. I felt so lucky and appreciated every moment. No matter where you go, in Paris there is beauty in every corner. So I wanted to share with you some photos and tips.

I could visit Paris a thousand times and always find something new inspiring. Although it was a rainy day I loved walking around Palais Royal which is near the Louvre. The striped columns reflected in the puddles and matched with my basic outfit.

When in Paris we of course had to wander around the Eiffel Tower - no matter where you go it always looks impressive and romantic. I was in Paris when I was a kid and still can remember how impressed I was by the the different views of it. This old lady is so photogenic so when you are in Paris, take your time and enjoy the view from every angle.

Wandering trough Paris with my red dress felt a little bit like a fairytale. I dreamed of the Eiffel Tower since I was a little child and now everything got real and it was even more impressive than I imagined. In between raindrops we tried to catch the morning light and found the perfect parisian street in our direct neighborhood as we were located near Trocadero.
